We’ve just become a corporate friend of the Dogs Trust  – Which means a donation of 5% from Land of Dogs sales profits will be donated to Dogs Trust.

About the Dogs Trust –

The Dogs Trust, founded in 1891,is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and cares for over 17,000 dogs each year through its network of 20 rehoming centres in the UK, with one in Dublin. They have been involved in every piece of legislation affecting dogs over the past 125 years, and were formerly known as the NCDL (National Canine Defence League). The Dogs Trust’s mission, is to bring about the day when all dogs can enjoy a happy life, free from the threat of unnecessary destruction. At any one time, they care for over 1500 dogs in their centres.
Not only do the dogs trust help dogs in need, they also have a “Freedom project – Dog fostering for people fleeing domestic abuse, and a Hope Project – Helping homeless people, and Lets With Pets, set up by dogs trust in 2009 to encourage landlords and letting agencies to accept tenants with pets, and to make the house hunting process easier for pet owners” You can find your local re-homing centre and dogs that are looking for their new forever homes here: https://www.dogstrust.org.uk/rehoming/
